Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Kel does not have a naturally shielded mind and probably broadcasts pretty loudly. Go for it.
Warnings:
Kel's horse Peachblossom is a war horse and mean. He won't attack unprovoked, but his idea of unprovoked and yours may differ. Anything from spitting boogers at you, to biting, to kicking, to full on charging may occur. Food is a good bribe, but approach with caution.
Kel's power is a Commander Voice, where she can issue one order and have it be obeyed for up to a minute. It works best when the other person is not ready for it or is naturally/trained into obedience. Excessive use on a person will lessen the effect.
